FAQs

Roles

Please apply to the role that you are most interested in. You can then write all the roles you are interested in when completing the basic details section at the top of the aptitude test. Once your test is assessed, if we believe your application is more suited to another role, it will be passed onto the relevant team. If one of the roles you are interested in is the Software Developer role, please ask for the software developer paper during your aptitude test.
We have one office in Leeds and most of our roles are based here. The only exception is the Product Specialist role which is mainly field based but does require coming to the office too.
Yes, we offer a Software Developer Summer Internship for university students who are in their penultimate year of study.
All of our roles are officed based and there is no option for remote working.

Application Process

Unfortunately the Logic & Reasoning test is not available remotely and we conduct face to face interviews. If you are not in the UK currently then please get in contact with us to discuss this by email (careers@tpp-uk.com)
You can apply via the ‘Apply now’ button on the job page of the role you are interested in. A full list of all our available roles can be found here.
We only ask for minimum details on the application form to make to process as painless as possible!
Of course, as long as you know your predicted grade we can still take you through the application process. If you are successful, you will have a job ready and waiting for you when you graduate. Alternatively, we also offer placement positions for students looking to complete a year in industry and a summer internship programme for aspiring software developers.
We can sponsor visa applications for the Skilled Worker visa which has replaced the Tier 2 (General) Visa
You should hear back from us within two weeks of submitting your application if you’re successful. Unfortunately due to the volume of application we receive we cannot contact unsuccessful applicants. If you have completed the Logic and Reasoning test or attended an interview, you will hear back either way.

Logic & Reasoning Tests

We do not reimburse expenses for the Logic and Reasoning tests, however, if you choose to attend at our office in Leeds and you are offered an interview, you will be reimbursed. Please see the ‘Expenses/Travel’ section for further guidance on what you can be reimbursed.
We are offering tests at some locations across the UK. Our full list of test venues can be found on the application form. If your preferred venue does not have available dates, check back later as new dates are regularly added.
Keep checking the website as we do get cancellations so slots can became available again. Alternatively new dates at each location will be added as they are booked.
Unfortunately, the logic and reasoning test can only be carried out in the specified locations as this takes place under controlled conditions to ensure a fair experience for all applicants.
The logic and reasoning test is logic based – there’s no technical or programming elements. The Marketing and Communications logic and reasoning test will include a combination of logic based questions and a written assessment.
All you need to bring is a form of photo ID and a Facemask. The logic and reasoning tests are non-calculator and we provide answer sheets and pens.
If you would like to reschedule, you will need to book another test via the application form. Once a new test has been booked, let us know via careers@tpp-uk.com and we can cancel your original booking.
There isn't a dress code for the tests, however If you sit the test at our office then applicants who are successful may be invited to stay for an interview the same day, therefore we recommend dressing appropriately for an interview. If you sit the test in any other location, there is no dress code.
The test is 60 minutes long, however if you require extra time please send an email to careers@tpp-uk.com advising the date and time of the test you are booked onto and advise how much extra time you require so this can be passed onto the invigilator.
No, please just book one test for the role you're most interested in as you can express your interest in multiple roles on the test paper.
If you pass the test we will then assess your application and you will then be offered an interview if you are successful.
