At TPP, we know how tough it can be going through recruitment processes – endless application forms and assessment centres can be really draining on your time and energy. We have a simple, streamlined process – a logic & reasoning test, and then an interview. We won’t waste your time with questions such as ‘give me 5 reasons why you are excellent’. We will ask questions about you and we just want you to be yourself. We will solve some puzzles and talk about something that has interested you, perhaps in your studies or in a previous role. We don’t mind if you are shy or outgoing. We don’t mind if you are on a sports team or if your favourite sport is Netflix. We are just looking for bright sparks!
We all remember how daunting applying for jobs can be so we try and make it as relaxed as possible. Loads of our current staff really enjoyed their interview. It’s also really important that you get the opportunity to learn more about the company and find out if it is right for you! If you are successful we will show you around the company and introduce you to lots of people who you might end up working with.
For all of our roles, we are now using a logic & reasoning test that candidates will sit in person (unfortunately this cannot be done remotely).
The test does not include technical or programming elements, is non-calculator and will last around an hour. The marketing & communications test is 50% writing assessment and 50% logic based.

If you fancy the chance of combining your test and interview we will complete the application process in one day at our office. Just select Leeds from the ‘Test Location’ drop down box and if you pass the test we will offer an interview on the same day.
Please note: you can only sit one test within a two year period and you’re only required to sit one test even if you’re interested in multiple roles – please do not book onto multiple test slots for each role.
